Mike had a distinguished career in Special Operations as a Navy SEAL Warrant Officer assigned to and working with elite Special Mission Units. After military service he served as a Senior Operations Planner for four years to the FBI Hostage Rescue Team where he was engaged in numerous sensitive and challenging national missions. Mr. Rush served as Vice President for Operations at Blackwater USA where he was responsible for the training and deployment of over 1800 personnel in support of U.S. Government and commercial programs for 3 years. Mike’s broad experience in mission-critical programs and executive level management in national security matters will greatly benefit our clients as he supports strategic growth initiatives. Mike is a Managing Partner at Spartan Solutions and he holds a TS clearance with the Intelligence Community.
Ron is President of Windy River, LLC a company that conducts aviation engineering flight test projects and Vice President and co-founder of Momentum-Foundation, Inc., a non-profit foundation providing world-leading aviation engineering research & development, training, and education as well as a wide range of other aviation and security services. Ron had a distinguished career in the US Army serving as Commander, Deputy Director, MACOM Aviation Officer, engineering test pilot, and pilot – retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Ron holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate and has flown over 20,000 in over 75 different aircraft, both airplanes and helicopters. He has extensive experience operating both Helicopters and Aircraft to include their operations Worldwide. He has lived in Central America and coordinated numerous aviation projects throughout the region. He remains tied to the region through work with various agricultural and business activities. Mr. King’s experience working in the private business sector, medical sector and with academia research institutions and other international groups as well as finance sector make him well suited to significantly contribute to Spartan Solutions’ management team. Ron is a Managing Partner at Spartan Solutions. Mr. King earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, from Saint Martin’s College and is a graduate from numerous military training courses as the U.S. Army Rotary Wing Pilot Qualification Course, 1968; University of Southern California Aeronautical Safety Course, 1972 and U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, 1987.
Steve is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 39 years of corporate, civil service, and military experience serving as Chief Executive Officer, President, Director, Program Manager, and Naval Special Warfare Chief Warrant Officer. Steve excels at managing multiple concurrent international multibillion-dollar cost-type IDIQ contracts, implementing cross-functional teams that improve coordination and innovation across divisions, and exceeding Customer expectations. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education, and Master's Degree in Business. Steve is the CEO of Talos International Inc, and a member of the Spartan Solutions LLC Management Team.
